Engineering Consulting Services to provide design review; manage repair/construction activities for commercial, residential rental complex, and industrial facilities. I have over 50 years experience in engineering field in various activities from manufacturing to consulting to project management of construction business in managing design, procurement, oversight in every facet of maintenance, repair and construction of various kinds of facilities from commercial to residential rental to industrial . My last job was at the Wright- Patterson AFB that I worked for 33 years. I have a master in mechanical engineering and registered professional engineer. I also hold real estate license from the State of Ohio. I served the City of Beavercreek in various advisiory cimmittees, currently serving the Zoning Appeal Board.
I provide the engineering review of all your potential construction projects to include repair and management. No project is small for me. I will provide guidance of any construction activites from beginning to end. This is not a full-time position I am looking for, but as need basis. I have a very diversified experience including owning the rental property in the past.

I provide the turn- key project management and oversight and represent the owner in good faith. My work will also include any environmental issues that affecting your facilities. My consultation fee depends upon the size of undertaking. My working hours are flexible , hence will meet your needs. I will also help in getting construction permits from the city or county as needed.
